1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the INAV website or engaging in our professional oversight and technology services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and partners.

2. Services & Technology Deployment
INAV provides a synchronized solution consisting of Veteran-Led Oversight, AI Software Applications, and Autonomous Robotic Hardware.

• Operational Control: While our systems utilize 2026 Edge-AI technology, final operational authority rests with the designated Veteran Site Lead.

• Asset Ownership: Unless otherwise specified in a separate Purchase Agreement, all robotic units and proprietary AI software remain the intellectual property of INAV or its hardware partners.
   

3. Client Obligations
To ensure a 99.9% Readiness rate, clients must provide:

• A safe operational environment for collaborative robots (Cobots).

• Necessary facility access for our Veteran Site Leads.

• Basic network infrastructure if cloud-syncing for "Command Center" reporting is required.
   

4. Liability & Safety
INAV utilizes industry-standard safety sensors and Collaborative Robotics protocols.

• Human Oversight: Our model is built on "Human-in-the-Loop" accountability. INAV is not liable for damages resulting from client interference with autonomous units or unauthorized overrides of AI protocols.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, INAV’s liability is limited to the service fees paid during the preceding 12-month period.
   

5. Data Privacy & AI Integrity
We prioritize your facility’s security.

• Edge Processing: Most data is processed on-site via Edge AI Accelerators to minimize external exposure.

• Usage Data: INAV reserves the right to use anonymized operational data to improve robotic efficiency and AI performance across our network.
   

6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice, provided all INAV physical assets are returned in good working condition.
